Dr. Carlos Chancay Cedeño works as an ELT associate professor at the University Técnica de Manabí, where he has been training EFL pre service and in service teachers for more than 10 years now. His areas of specialization are intercultural competence, reading and writing literacy and qualitative data analysis.
